We encourage you to attend a Care of Souls live training event (hyperlink) if possible, to receive the additional benefits of interacting personally with other attendees and the instructors. However, if this is not possible, consider our Care of Souls online training which is designed to support and assist church members and leaders who desire to become more effective in providing biblical help and hope to those who suffer and struggle with sin in the body of Christ.

Like the live training, the online training focuses on biblical change in the heart that applies to every area of life. The instructors who teach Care of Souls are biblical counselors certified with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) and have many years of experience discipling men and women. We have made this training more accessible and affordable, in the hope it will be a used to strengthen the church and encourage spiritual growth in Christ.

One-Eighty Ministries is a recognized training center of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC).

Online Training Details:

• LENGTH: 30 hours of education about 30 introductory biblical counseling topics. These topics are separated into three 16-week long modules each consisting of 10 hours of teaching. Part One: Introduction to Biblical Counseling, Part Two: Typical Problems in Biblical Counseling, and Part Three: Marriage and Family Counseling

• MATERIALS: The training is divided into three 16-week modules. At your own pace, you will watch videos and download notes to assist you as you learn from the lectures.  At the end of all three modules, you will receive a certificate for completing the training.

• INSTRUCTORS: You will hear from instructors such as, Dr. Stuart Scott, Dr. Kevin Carson, Dr. Dan Wickert, Dr. Adam Tyson, Dr. Andrew Rogers, and Brad Bigney.

• COST: $120 total per person that includes three modules at $40 each. Each module will be paid for separately. Upon completion of each module, you can register and pay for the next module. A large group rate for 10 or more people at $35 per person, per module are available. For group participation, please contact One-Eighty at info@oneeightyministries.org. If individuals within the group need additional time to complete any module, they may register for the module needed at the regular rate and gain individual access (group rates will not apply). The standard length of time each module is available, and all other standard terms apply to groups.

• TERMS: Once the 16-week period for each module expires students will no longer be able to access the material. If more time is needed to complete any module, the student may enroll in the same part for an additional 16 weeks at the regular cost. Students are encouraged to complete each module during the initial 16-week period and may only sign up to take the same module a maximum of two times. Students should complete all three modules of online training within 9-12 months. However, students may take up to 24 months to complete all three modules.   Registrations are limited to one student regardless if he or she is participating with a group. Materials are copyrighted and should not be shared with students who are not registered in the course.
  
  NOTE: For those pursuing ACBC certification, this training satisfies the lecture requirement for Phase 1: Fundamental Training Course. Certificates of completion will be provided for those pursuing ACBC certification.
